Variety of issues were discussed in today’s commissions

The commission International Affairs was held under the chairmanship of Zemarak Padkhabi early afternoon Tuesday.

In accordance to agenda, discussion took place in relation to legislative documents.

1- Legal and judicial agreement between the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and India in relation to religious and commercial.

2-Agreement between Afghanistan and India about crimes extradition

3-Adjustment in part (A, B article fifth, SAARCH development fund charter).

Overall in today’s session comprehensive discussion took place in relation to  various issues like distribution of vehicle cards to the members of national assembly,  lack of using of military helicopter by governmental offices and members of national assembly in  those provinces which there is no civil flays, in result parliamentary lawmakers expressed their suggestion in this regard.

1-Directorate of security affairs of National Assembly in accordance to General Secretariat of Wolesi Jirga should take step for distribution of special vehicles cards to parliamentary lawmakers in order to prevent abuse and disarrangement.

2- With the consideration of security situation and limitation of military helicopters in the country, MPs and administrations should not use from military airplanes in those provinces which there are civil flays.

Overall in the sideline of today’s session, parliamentary lawmakers presented brief report about their provinces challenges for solution of mentioned challenges necessary instructions were issued to related organs.

The commission on domestic affairs and national security chaired Mirdad Khan Najrabi early afternoon Tuesday.

In the beginning of the session, comprehensive discussion took place in relation to the country’s security situation and each one presented their provinces security challenges and for solution of mentioned challenges necessary instruction was issued to the related organs.

Likewise in today’s session, parliamentary lawmakers’ strongly condemned recent deadly attack on Sardar Muhammad Daud Khan hospital and attack on Roshan Communication Company staffs, prayed peace for the soul of martyrs, speedy recovery for injuries and patience for survivors families from the court of Almighty Allah.

Moreover in today’s session, people representative invited Kabul police chief, intelligence head, chief of investigation and personal cadre for national directorate of security (NDS) to attend on Sunday’s session in order to take urgent steps about ensure of tied  security in Kabul city.

In recent, discussion took place in relation to received letters and petitions and necessary instruction issued in this regard.

The commission on National Economy, Agriculture and Livestock, Rural Development and Nongovernmental Organization (NGOs) presided by Mirrahman Rahmani early afternoon Tuesday.

Initially, chairman of the commission evaluated positive the commission past activities in the fields of legislation and inspection

Overall in today’s session, discussion took place in relation to public and private partnership law and each one presented their views in this regard and for further debate the issue delayed to the next session.

At the end of the session, received letters and petitions was discussed and for further debate was send to related organs.

The commission on financial and budget, general accounts and banks affairs chaired  by Amir Khan Yar with the participation of officials from ministries of public works,  rural  rehabilitation and development.

In the outset of the session, chairman of the commission spoke about the road construction projects with the officials of public works, rural rehabilitation and development into the city of Jalalabad province and emphasized for design and survey of projects.

Likewise in today’s session, lawmakers Sediq Ahmad Osmani spoke with aforementioned officials in relation to start of 27 km project road into the Charikar city.

The commission on central audit, public accounts and oversee for law implementation was held under the chairmanship of Muhamamd Husain Fahimi early afternoon Tuesday.

Initially, parliamentary lawmakers discussed in relation to the received letters and petitions and they asserted that ministries, directorates including independent organs are careless about dispatched petitions by Wolesi Jirga, so they should pick up urgent step in this regard.

Overall in today’s session, comprehensive discussion took place in relation to the country’s security situation.

In recent received letters and petitions was discussed and for further debate sent to the related organs.

The commission on Defensive Affairs and Territorial Integrity presided by Shaista Baz Naseri early afternoon Tuesday.

In the outset of the session, parliamentary lawmakers discussed in relation to the critical security situation of the Kabul city provinces and expressed their concerns in this regard.

Parliamentary lawmakers asserted the government security officials are weak persons even they are not able to provide equipment’s in particular time to security forces.

In today’s session, decision was made that security officials including army chief of staff Qadam Shah Shahim, deputy minister of defense for financial and technical Ghulam Sakhi, head of intelligence Abdul Manan Farahi should be attend in next session to brief in relation to plan of year1396 including deadly attack on Sardar Muhammad Daud Khan hospital, existence of low quality of fire materials, un-providing of equipment’s in particular time to national army.
